These socks are amazing, but the reason they don't get a 5/5 for me is that I believe the ankle socks and boot socks are far better because of the wool content and fit. The crew socks have less wool than the ankle socks, which to me doesn't make sense, and they are way tighter on my calves than the boot socks. They're still my go to for fall and early spring weather due to being the perfect balance of warm, but not sweltering. I'm not sure why they use less wool in these than the others, but I'm confident they'd be a 5/5 if they changed the blend.

I haven't had a chance to test if the socks live up to the advertisements. They are soft. I'm not a big fan ankle and no-show probably because I usually wear crew socks. They don't provide the warmth I anticipated.

These are some of the best socks I have owned they help keep my feet dry and they are soft and comfortable. Best sock I have ever bought.

I wear steel toe boots on concrete all day. These things are amazing! My feet stay perfectly dry, and they do not quit! Super soft and so far, very durable. I will be buying more.
