“While I haven't tried them in my snowboard boots yet, if first impressions hold up, I expect my feet to remain toasty warm no matter how cold it is on the slope! Wearing these socks around my home you can't help but be impressed with how undeniably warm they are!”

“Bought these socks to go hiking in the White Mountains. I was looking for socks that were not deemed as thermal, as I tend to sweat a bunch when hiking. These were perfect for the hikes. They are super comfortable, moisture wicking and do not smell bad following the hikes. I decided to try them in a work setting and the same held true. I am on my feet for 8 hours. They are wonderful socks that perform well.”
The socks were so comfy it felt like a bed for your feet. Also I went golfing today and I wore normal socks and my shoes were wet because it was raining. I remembered I had the package in my car and put the socks on for the first time today! My feet were dry and warm all day!

Crew socks
My home has cold floors, and my toes get cold. I started wearing Hollow crew socks around the house no more cold toes.

Excellent socks
They are still new so I don't know how well they will hold up over time, but my initial impression is very good. They are comfortable and not as bulky as I expected. I don't want to use the term "thin" as that might be misunderstood. Perhaps a "perfect" thickness?
A very nice detail is marking the size inside the top cuff (handy for those of us that bought more than one size and might not remember which was which sometime in the future.
Perhaps my only complaint would be that they seem to only come in grey and black currently. The price is a bit steep too. Compared to some other wool socks options, I'm not sure the high price can be justified. But as long as price doesn't matter to you these may very well be the "top end".
