I. Promotion Overview & Sweepstakes Period

The Hollow Socks HollowDays Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on November 17, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on November 26, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

There will be ten (10) total winners selected during the Promotion Period, according to the following drawing schedule:

• November 17, 2025: 1 winner
• November 18, 2025: 1 winner
• November 19, 2025: 1 winner
• November 20, 2025: 1 winner
• November 21, 2025: 1 winner
• November 24, 2025: 2 winners
• November 25, 2025: 2 winners
• November 26, 2025: 1 winner

No drawings will occur on weekends. All drawings will occur on or about 12:00 p.m. CT on the scheduled drawing date.

II. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Hollow Alpaca, Inc., d/b/a Hollow Socks (“Sponsor”),
N1266 Technical Dr, Unit B, Greenville, Wisconsin 54942.

III. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of forty-four (44) U.S. states and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Residents of the following states are NOT eligible:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Florida
• Michigan
• New York
• Rhode Island

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and individuals living in the same household (related or not) are not eligible.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

IV. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligible individuals may enter by one of the following methods:

Handwrite the following on a 3" x 5" card:

• “HollowDays Giveaway”
• Full name
• Mailing address
• City, state, ZIP code
• Email address
• Date of birth

Place the card in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope and mail to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than November 22, 2025 and received by November 26, 2025 by 12:00 p.m. CT in order to be included in the final drawing.

Limit: One (1) entry per person, per household, and per email address during the entire Promotion Period, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries in the same envelope, automated entries, or entries generated by script or macro will be disqualified.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, or postage-due mail.

V. Prize Details

There will be ten (10) winners total, one associated with each daily drawing.

Each winner will receive:

• One (1) Scheels Gift Card valued at $3,000

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) per prize: $3,000
Total ARV of all prizes: $30,000

Promotional materials for this Sweepstakes may depict a bow or other hunting equipment as an example of what the gift card may be used to purchase. This depiction is for promotional purposes only. Winners will receive a Scheels gift card, not the depicted bow. Gift card use is subject to Scheels’ terms and conditions.

No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

VI. Winner Selection & Verification Process

A. Post-Selection Verification (Important)

Each potential winner must, after random selection, meet all of the following:

• Be a legal resident of one of the following Scheels states:
  • Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, or Wisconsin
• Be otherwise fully eligible under these Official Rules.

If a randomly selected potential winner does not meet the residency requirement or is ineligible for any other reason, they will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be selected by random drawing. This process will continue until a verified winner is confirmed.

B. Notification

Potential winners will be notified using the email address provided at entry. Sponsor will make three (3) contact attempts over a period of approximately 72 hours, as follows:

1. First Attempt (Email): Sponsor will email the potential winner. The potential winner must respond within 24 hours.
2. Second Attempt (Phone Call): If no response is received, Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner by telephone (if a number was provided). The potential winner must respond within 24 hours of the call.
3. Final Attempt (Email): If there is still no response, Sponsor will send a final email notifying the potential winner that this is their last opportunity to claim the prize. The potential winner must respond within 24 hours of this final email.

If the potential winner does not respond within the required timeframes, cannot be contacted, or fails to complete required documentation, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Potential winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted by law), and an IRS Form W-9.

C. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the prize value as required by law.

VII. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or any other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules does not constitute a waiver.

Scam & Impersonation Disclaimer

Sponsor will never request banking information, credit card numbers, or payment of any kind in order to claim a prize. Sponsor is not responsible for fraudulent communications from third parties claiming to be associated with this Sweepstakes. Entrants should verify that winner notifications originate from an official Hollow Socks domain before responding. Sponsor is not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from interactions with fraudulent or unauthorized accounts or individuals.

VIII. Release & Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.

Released Parties are not responsible for technical errors, failed communications, lost entries, or any issues outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

IX. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each entrant’s permission for Sponsor and its designees to use entrant’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, voice, biographical information, and statements for advertising, promotional, and other commercial purposes, in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further notice or compensation.

X. Privacy

Information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at this privacy policy page. By entering, participants consent to Sponsor’s use of their information for Sweepstakes administration and promotion.

XI. Winner List

For a list of winners (available approximately two weeks after the Promotion Period), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

XIII. Governing Law & Disputes

All disputes shall be resolved individually (without class action) in the state or federal courts located in Appleton, Wisconsin, under the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

XIV. Right to Modify or Terminate

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate this Sweepstakes at any time if circumstances beyond its control compromise its operation.
