Nike Strength Giveaway – Official Sweepstakes Rules

I. Promotion Overview & Sweepstakes Period

The Hollow Socks Nike Strength Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on December 29, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on January 11, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Nike Strength Elite Home Gym Set Up (approximate retail value: $10,000). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

II. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Hollow Alpaca LLC., d/b/a Hollow Socks (“Sponsor”),
N1266 Technical Dr, Unit B, Greenville, Wisconsin 54942.

III. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of forty-four (44) U.S. states and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Residents of the following states are NOT eligible:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Florida

  • Michigan

  • New York

  • Rhode Island

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and individuals living in the same household (related or not) are not eligible.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

IV. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.


Entry Methods
Eligible individuals may enter in one of the following ways:


1/ Purchase Entry
Each eligible purchase made on hollowsocks.com during the Promotion Period earns one (1) automatic entry. There is no limit on purchase-based entries.

2/ Mail-In Entry (AMOE)
Handwrite the following on a 3" × 5" card:
“Hollow Socks Nike Strength Giveaway”
Full name
Mailing address
City, state, ZIP code
Email address
Date of birth

Mail the card in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than January 8, 2025 and received by January 11, 2025.

Limit: One (1) mail-in entry per person/household/email address.

Multiple entries in the same envelope will be disqualified.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or damaged mail.

V. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Nike Strength Elite Home Gym Set Up (approximate retail value: $10,000). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

VI. Winner Selection & Verification Process

A. Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected via random drawing after the Promotion Period.

B. Verification Requirements

The potential winner must:

  • Be a legal resident of an Eligible Winner State (listed above), and

  • Be fully eligible under these Official Rules.

    If the initially selected potential winner is ineligible or fails to complete verification, an alternate will be selected.

C. Notification

Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner up to three (3) times over approximately 72 hours:
Email Attempt #1 – must respond within 24 hours
Phone Attempt (if number available) – must respond within 24 hours
Final Email – last opportunity; must respond within 24 hours
Failure to respond in time results in forfeiture.

D. Documentation and Taxes

Winner may be required to sign:

  • Affidavit of Eligibility

  • Liability/Publicity Release

  • IRS Form W-9

Winner is solely responsible for all taxes. Sponsor will issue a Form 1099-MISC.

VII. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or any other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules does not constitute a waiver.

Scam & Impersonation Disclaimer

Sponsor will never request banking information, credit card numbers, or payment of any kind in order to claim a prize. Sponsor is not responsible for fraudulent communications from third parties claiming to be associated with this Sweepstakes. Entrants should verify that winner notifications originate from an official Hollow Socks domain before responding. Sponsor is not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from interactions with fraudulent or unauthorized accounts or individuals.

VIII. Release & Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.

Released Parties are not responsible for technical errors, failed communications, lost entries, or any issues outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

IX. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each entrant’s permission for Sponsor and its designees to use entrant’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, voice, biographical information, and statements for advertising, promotional, and other commercial purposes, in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further notice or compensation.

X. Privacy

Information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at this privacy policy page. By entering, participants consent to Sponsor’s use of their information for Sweepstakes administration and promotion.

XI. Winner List

For a list of winners (available approximately two weeks after the Promotion Period), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received by February 15, 2026.

XII. Third-Party Disclaimers

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, or any other social platform.

XIII. Governing Law & Disputes

All disputes shall be resolved individually (without class action) in the state or federal courts located in Appleton, Wisconsin, under the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

XIV. Right to Modify or Terminate

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate this Sweepstakes at any time if circumstances beyond its control compromise its operation.
