Official Sweepstakes Rules — Effective April 22, 2026
I. Promotion Overview & Sweepstakes Period
The Hollow Socks 1 in 100 Full Refund Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on April 22, 2026 (the “Start Date”). There is no predetermined end date. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate this Sweepstakes upon three (3) days’ prior notice posted at hollowsocks.com. The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.
II. Sponsor
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Hollow Alpaca LLC., d/b/a Hollow Socks (“Sponsor”), N1266 Technical Dr, Unit B, Greenville, Wisconsin 54942.
III. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Residents of the following states are NOT eligible: Alaska, Hawaii, Florida, Michigan, New York, Rhode Island. Void where prohibited.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.
IV. How to Enter — NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Method 1 — Purchase Entry: Each eligible purchase completed on hollowsocks.com during the Sweepstakes Period earns one (1) entry into that calendar day’s drawing pool. No limit on purchase entries per person per day.
Method 2 — Free Mail-In Entry (AMOE): Handwrite on a 3”×5” card: (a) “Hollow Socks 1 in 100 Full Refund Giveaway,” (b) full name, (c) mailing address, (d) city, state, ZIP, (e) email address, (f) date of birth. Mail in a hand-addressed stamped envelope to: Hollow Socks Refund Giveaway, N1266 Technical Dr, Unit B, Greenville, WI 54942. Limit: one (1) mail-in entry per person/household/email address per day. Multiple entries submitted in a single envelope will be disqualified.
Note: Mail-in entrants who win will receive a cash-equivalent prize equal to the average order value on the winning day, as no purchase is associated with their entry. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a store credit or gift card of equivalent value.
V. Drawing & Winner Selection
For every one hundred (100) eligible entries received in a calendar day (Central Time), Sponsor will conduct one (1) random drawing, up to a maximum of ten (10) drawings per day. Any entries received in excess of the maximum drawing threshold for a given day will not carry over to subsequent days. Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor the following morning. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received that day.
VI. Prize Details
Each winner receives a full refund equal to the total amount paid for their qualifying order. Maximum of ten (10) refunds awarded per day. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Prize Fulfillment: The prize is not automatically applied to the original order. Winners will be contacted separately via email, verified per Section VII, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout following confirmation. In the event a winner is selected via mail-in entry, the prize will be issued as a cash-equivalent gift card in lieu of a purchase refund.
VII. Winner Notification & Verification
Sponsor will contact potential winners via email following the drawing. Winners must respond to the notification email within 48 hours of the time sent. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries for that drawing. Sponsor will make one (1) attempt to notify each potential winner. Winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release before the prize is issued. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes.
VIII. General Conditions, Release & Limitations of Liability
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair its integrity. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising out of participation or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or communications.
Scam Disclaimer: Sponsor will never request payment or banking information to claim a prize. Verify all winner notifications originate from an official Hollow Socks email domain.
IX. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
X. Privacy
Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at hollowsocks.com/policies/privacy-policy.
XI. Governing Law
All disputes shall be resolved individually (no class action) in state or federal courts in Appleton, Wisconsin, under Wisconsin law.
XII. Social Media Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Facebook, or any other social platform.
